County Collector's Office
Tax statements are mailed each year in late October. The failure of the taxpayer to receive the tax bill DOES NOT relieve the taxpayer of any tax liability imposed on him by law. Tax payments must be in our office by December 31 or earlier. If mailed, they must be postmarked by December 31st. Please check with your local post office for their postmark deadline!!! After Dec. 31st, a penalty is applied to all taxes.
