Shirley is currently Clerk to the County Commission therefore in charge of keeping minutes and records of all proceedings of commission meetings.

• Office is Human Resource Director for Macon County employees.
• Payroll, payroll taxes and reports. Retirement and insurance administration.
• Sells County licenses i.e. liquor, notary commissions, auctioneer and ATV permits. Budget Officer.
• Conducts all elections for all entities in the county.
• All bills for all county offices are paid in this office.
• Work with entities to set tax rate levies. |
