The Civil Process Clerk is responsible for the service of all legal documents received by the Macon County Sheriff's Office, including Criminal Subpoenas, Civil Summons, Landlord/Tenant Process, as well as Child Support Enoforcement Process, and all Garnishments of wages within Macon County.  Our Deputies serve approximately 3,000 legal documents per year.  The Civil Department is available Monday thru Friday from 8:00 A.M - 5:00 P.M.
