Courthouse Relocation

As Macon County continues construction on the existing Courthouse, all county offices have been relocated to a temporary location at the former MoDOT Maintenance Garage at 1103 Maffry.

In order to keep court cases on schedule during the construction, court will be held at four different locations: hearing rooms located at the temporary location, City Municipal court room, and/or Floral Hall and the Expo center located at the Macon County Park. If you are scheduled to appear in court or have been summons for Jury Duty, please read your paperwork carefully so that you can appear in the appropriate location. Please contact the Circuit Clerk’s office with questions related to court appearances and jury duty at (660) 385-4631.
